Remy

Remy was born on 06/07/79 and raised in Trenton, New Jersey. He started weight training since he was very young age and entered his first body building competition at the age of 16. At only 21, Remy took 1st Place at the 2000 Mr. Trenton Bodybuilding Championship. Two years later, he took top spot once again, as the winner of the 2002 NJ Powerlifting Championship. Then in 2003, Remy turned heads at Fame Model Universe, taking home 3rd place overall!


His intense physical conditioning got Remy noticed by various modeling agencies and gave him the start towards professional modeling. He has been featured in numerous magazine ads and landed his first magazine cover - on the premiere issue of AXL! As an established top fitness model, Remy has appeared on TV shows such as Conan O'brien, Guiding Light & Ricky Lake, and he's made television endorsements for fitness supplements.

His training advice: "No matter what your fitness goals, all it takes is a little dedication and consistency. Don't try only to give up and look for an alternate route you think is faster and easier - you'll only pay for it in the long run."
