Jesse Metcalfe revealed a huge tattoo on his arm he got of his ex-girlfriend Nadine Coyle of the UK girls group "Girls Aloud" to remind him of his heartache over their split. The tattoo features a naked Nadine sitting in front of a sun with a lasso around a throbbing heart.
