Two Queens in Sydney Harbour

The Queen Victoria cruise ship has arrived yesterday for her first visit to Sydney. The two-month-old luxury liner entered Sydney Harbour just before daybreak.

Her much older sister, the Queen Elizabeth 2 (QE2), arrives in Sydney today afternoon. In a magical coincidence the grandest ocean liners in the world, the two Queens wil pass each other in an historic royal rendezvous on the harbour at 6.30pm. Sydney Harbour will come alive with a flotilla of small boats and pleasure craft as these two Queens greet each other with a ‘Whistle Salute’.

I and my boy will be watching this historic event while dancing at Sol Y Luna Mardi Gras Harbour party among other thousand hot boys. This will be a fabulous harbourside celebration with the best venue in the world for a party.
