Myer kicked off it's "3 weeks in New York" promotion that will have its five capital city stores transformed into mini New Yorks. The Myer ambassador, Jennifer Hawkins attended the launch party at Studio 54, Melbourne in an all-white Camilla and Marc ensemble complete with matching smalls. Queer Eye for the Straight Guy star Carson Kressley and Big Apple busker the Naked Cowboy were among the guests who enjoyed New York-inspired cocktails and canapes.
Robert John Burck, aka The Naked Cowboy, has been busking in the US since 1998, most famously at his regular spot in New York's Times Square, where he's become quite the tourist attraction. The big fella (who sings and plays guitar in his only underwear) is being flown over by Myer as part of the promotion.

I performed at the Myer Adelaide Launch last night, and met the Naked Cowboy. He is the lovliest man, and such a good sport!
