This August, here! films will be releasing the sexy romantic comedy film 'Cut Sleeve Boys' into theaters. Cut Sleeve Boys is a quirky stir fried journey of self discovery and ultimately, a makeover of the British Chinese gay experience. The film won Best Picture at the 2006 Outfest Fusion Film Festival.

Bangkok Adrenaline :: Daniel O'Neil

British actor Daniel O'Neill posed during a portrait session in promotion of his film 'Bangkok Adrenaline' at the Bangkok International Film Festival 2007.Bangkok Adrenaline is predominately an action movie with that classic Asian twist of comic relief mixed within dramatic action scenes. The action scenes are of incredible quality and choreographed by some very experienced martial artists like Ron Smorrenberg of Holland who has previously worked with Jackie Chan in Hong Kong. All the stunt work is performed by top rate martial artists and stunt men from all over the world. Conan Stevens, a giant -seven feet tall actor from down under also stars in Bangkok Adrenaline in a comedic role.

Hot Priests

33 hunk, Gerard Butler and young model and actor, Steven Strait are set to take a bite out of Screen Gems' postapocalyptic vampire western Priest. The two hotties are in negotiations to star, while Andrew Douglas has signed on to direct.The Hollywood Reporter says the film is based on a comic book by Min-Woo Hyung, Priest centers on a warrior priest (Butler) who disobeys church law by teaming with a young sheriff (Strait) and a priestess to track down a band of renegade vampires who have kidnapped the priest's niece. Cory Goodman adapted the material for the big screen. [Source]

Outfest 2007

Outfest 2007 kicks off the 25th Anniversary with the feature film "Save Me," a movie starring Judith Light and openly gay actors Chad Allen and Robert Grant, directed by Robert Cary.
The movie explores the controversial ex-gay movement and casts Allen as Mark, a sex and drug-addicted young man who overdoses and finds himself at the mercy of his disapproving family. They check him into a Christian-run ministry overseen by Gayle (Light), who believes she can help cure young men of their 'gay affliction' through spiritual guidance. At first, Mark resists the treatment and soon finds solace and brotherhood with several of the members, including Scott (Robert Gant), who is battling family demons of his own. When Mark and Scott begin to find their friendship developing into an unexpected romance, both are forced to confront the new attitudes they've begun to accept, and Gayle finds the values she holds as an absolute truth to be threatened.

Naked Good Luck Chuck

The promo poster of new film 'Good Luck Chuck' by co-stars Jessica Alba and Dane Cook appears to look alike the Yoko Ono and the late John Lennon’s 1981 Rolling Stone cover. Great photoshopping but Dane should have taken his undie off.
Looks like Dane Cook is going to get very shirtless and perhaps more in the film "Good Luck Chuck" opening this August. I got more revealing shots of Dane reclining on his tour bus during the filming of 'TourGasm' fully naked, ... looks yummy and hairy down below.

Bangkok Love Story

Thai gay drama film by a Thai gay director, Poj Anon, was presented at the Cannes film festival last month. The film has been renamed from originally called, 'I love you, friend!' to 'Bangkok Love Story', which has made a controvercy in Thailand. The film tells the story about a passionate love affair which develops between two guys, a policeman and a hit man, which is hardly representative of most (straight) love affairs which take place in this town. The movie is set to be released in November.

Jason Behr :: The Tattooist

Jason Behr, who played Max, the hot alien teenager on TV series, Roswell, is set to explode back onto the big screen in supernatural thriller 'The Tattooist'. Jason will be showing his muscle with sexy tattoo as an American tattoo artist who unwittingly unleashes a deadly spirit, then faces a life-or-death battle to stop its evil killing spree.

The chillingly tense cross-cultural movie which was filmed in Auckland and Singapore last year, will opens around New Zealand on 30th August 2007.

Australia :: Bowen

The quiet seaside town of Bowen, North Queensland has been transformed into Bowenwood with director Baz Luhrman and crew shooting the new movie "Australia". Much of Bowen's famous beachfront has been taken over for the film, which is a epic love story set before and during World War Two. The streets are covered in red dust, new buildings have been erected and Bowen is now doubling as 1930s Darwin.

Hundreds of locals have signed on as extras, and more are playing the role of volunteer guides who tell tourists all about the sets and shooting schedules. Residents say the movie has put the community on the international map and will be a significant boost to the economy for some time to come.
